Dr. Jack Marchalewicz is a Board-Certified Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care to patients in Northborough, Shrewsbury, Westborough, Marlborough, Hudson, Worcester, and throughout Central Massachusetts.
With a background that combines chiropractic care, physical therapy, and kinesiology, Dr. Marchalewicz takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients improve movement, manage musculoskeletal conditions, and get back to the activities they enjoy.
Dr. Marchalewicz earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. He also holds an Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Becker College, giving him a strong educational foundation in human movement, exercise, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal function.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Marchalewicz spent several years working as a Physical Therapist Assistant, helping patients improve strength, coordination, balance, neuromuscular control, and proprioception. This experience continues to influence his approach to chiropractic care today.
A Personalized Approach to Chiropractic Care
At Aligned Chiropractic, Dr. Marchalewicz believes that every patient deserves an individualized evaluation and treatment plan. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, he takes the time to understand each patient's symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and contributing factors.
His approach to chiropractic care may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic stretching, corrective exercises, strengthening, physical therapy modalities, and spinal decompression when appropriate.
Dr. Marchalewicz commonly works with patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint pain, headaches, disc-related conditions, hip pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain, elbow and wrist pain, and injuries.
For patients dealing with back or leg pain associated with certain disc conditions, spinal stenosis, or other spinal disorders, Aligned Chiropractic also offers spinal decompression as part of its treatment options when clinically appropriate.
Education and Patient Care
Dr. Marchalewicz believes that educating patients is an important part of successful chiropractic care. He takes the time to explain what he finds during an evaluation, answer questions, and discuss available treatment options so patients can better understand their condition and participate in their care.
His goal is not simply to provide treatment during an office visit. He works with patients to develop practical strategies involving movement, stretching, strengthening, posture, and corrective exercises that can support their progress outside the office as well.
Patients at Aligned Chiropractic can expect a professional, welcoming environment where their concerns are heard and their care is tailored to their individual needs.
